A U.S. business address for a fraction of the cost of an office.
A virtual mailbox gives you a real U.S. address for mail, banking and customers, for a fraction of what U.S. office space or a trip to the States would cost. It only activates once Form 1583 is notarized with the right IDs. We check both before the session, notarize online and return the form ready to upload.

Questions we hear often
Which IDs are accepted?
Form 1583 requires two forms of identification, one with a photo. Your provider may add its own rules. We check both before the session so it is not rejected.
Can I do it from outside the U.S.?
Yes. Online notarization is how most international clients complete Form 1583.
My provider says my 1583 needs validation. What does that mean?
Your provider checks the notarized form against your two IDs before activating the mailbox. Names, ID numbers and the notary's details must all match. We check them before the session, so the form is validated the first time. If yours was rejected, send us the message from your provider.
Do you open the mailbox for me?
No. You choose and open the mailbox with your provider. We execute the form they require.
Is a virtual mailbox cheaper than a U.S. office?
By a wide margin. A mailbox plan plus one online notarization costs far less than leasing office space or flying in to sign, and you can do it all from home.
