Do you explain the terms of my loan?
No. Only your lender, servicer or attorney can explain the loan terms. We make sure each document is signed, dated and notarized the way the package requires, and we tell you who to call if you have a question about the terms.
Can I sign my loan documents online?
Sometimes. It depends on the lender, the investor behind the loan, the title company and the county where the mortgage is recorded. Ask your lender or send us their instructions and we confirm before booking.
Who sends the documents?
Usually the lender, the servicer or the title company sends the package to us or to you by email or courier. We print it if needed and bring it to the signing.
What should I prepare?
A current government photo ID for every person signing, and all signers present at the same time. Do not sign anything before the appointment: the notary must see you sign.
