What we collect
Information you enter in our forms (name, email, phone, company, description of your need), documents you choose to upload, and appointment details.
Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, landing page, referring site, time zone and device type, with a random identifier stored in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why
To review your request, prepare a quote, schedule and perform the service, verify each transaction to prevent fraud, and improve the website.
Identity documents
We never ask for identity documents by email or through the public form. When needed, a secure link is provided after we review your request.
Retention and security
Files are stored on a private server with restricted access. Data is kept as long as needed for the service and the notary's legal record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with providers needed for the engagement (remote online notarization platform, carrier, the authority issuing an apostille) or when required by law.
