Your loan modification, notarized before the deadline.
When a servicer approves a loan modification, the agreement usually has to come back signed and notarized within days, sometimes with every borrower on the loan signing. We meet you at home or work, check that each page is complete and send the agreement back with the label your servicer provided, so your new terms are not delayed.

Questions we hear often
Does a loan modification agreement have to be notarized?
Often, yes, especially when the modification will be recorded with the county. Your servicer's cover letter says which pages need a notary. Send it to us and we confirm.
My deadline is in two days. Can you help?
Usually yes. Tell us the deadline and your location when you request a quote, and we book the first available slot, including evenings.
My co-borrower lives elsewhere. What now?
Each borrower can sign in a separate session, in person or online if the servicer accepts it. We coordinate both so the package goes back complete.
Can you tell me if the new terms are good for me?
No. A notary cannot give legal or financial advice. For the terms, talk to your servicer, a HUD-approved housing counselor or an attorney.
