Open your HELOC without taking a day off.
A HELOC or home equity loan package is shorter than a refinance, but it still needs the right signatures, a notarized mortgage and a clean return to the lender. We come to you, often in the evening, check every page and send the package back the same day.

Questions we hear often
Is there a waiting period after I sign a HELOC?
For a HELOC on your primary residence there is usually a right to cancel of three business days. The notice in your package shows the dates. The lender opens the line after that period.
Do all owners need to sign?
Often yes, even an owner who is not a borrower may need to sign the mortgage. Your lender's instructions say who signs. Send them to us before the appointment.
Can I sign online?
If your lender offers remote online notarization for HELOCs, yes. Many credit unions and banks now do. We confirm with you before booking.
