How it is priced
Quoted per session: number of signers, documents and notarial acts, and any printing or mailing. Some institutions do not accept electronic notarization: we confirm acceptance before you pay.
Four steps, one point of contact.
- 1
Tell us what needs to happen
Your document, your deadline, where the signer is and where the papers must go. Upload the file or just describe it.
- 2
We confirm the requirements
We check the document, the identity steps, the receiving institution and the route, then send a written quote.
- 3
We execute
Remote online notarization or wet ink, printing, apostille in Trenton, secure handling. You get updates at each step.
- 4
We close the loop
Scanback the same day, originals by DHL, FedEx or USPS with tracking, and confirmation of what was done.
Files like yours, already handled.
A German client without U.S. identification needed USPS Form 1583 notarized to activate a U.S. virtual mailbox.
Questions we hear often
Will my document be accepted?
It depends on the institution receiving it. Many accept remote online notarization, some still require wet ink. Tell us who receives the document and we check before the session.
I am outside the United States. Can I use it?
Often yes, when the document is meant for use in the United States or by a U.S. institution. Your local law may also matter. We review your case before booking.
What do I need for the session?
A computer or phone with a camera, a stable connection, your government-issued photo ID and the document. We send the link and the checklist in advance.
A document and a deadline? We've got it.
Upload your document for a quote, or book 15 minutes on video. Fast answers, in English or French.
