FAQ

Questions we hear often

Do you only work in New Jersey?

We are based in Bayonne, New Jersey. We meet signers in person in New Jersey and the New York City area, and work with clients across the U.S. and abroad through remote online notarization where permitted, mail-in workflows and international shipping.

How much does it cost?

Small jobs like a single notarization get a quick quote. Larger files are quoted after review, based on documents, signers, apostille, urgency and shipping. Managed NJ apostille starts at $1,000. The 15-minute consultation is free.

How fast can you do it?

Same-day and after-hours appointments are often available. For the tightest deadlines, you can reserve a Dedicated Execution Day.

Do you give legal advice?

No. We are a notary and document-execution company. Attorneys, accountants and the institutions that request the document decide what it must say; we make sure it is executed and delivered properly.

How do you keep transactions safe?

We verify every transaction: what needs to happen in the U.S., who signs, who pays, who receives the document. If something does not add up, we pause and ask. Significant out-of-pocket costs are funded before we incur them.

Is TR Signing Group a U.S. company?

Yes. TR Signing Group LLC is a U.S. company based in Bayonne, New Jersey, and every notarization is performed by a New Jersey commissioned notary.

Do you take small jobs?

Yes. A single notarization, one Form 1583 or one power of attorney is welcome, and is usually quoted quickly.

Do you work with clients in the UK or Estonia?

We are not currently taking matters for clients based in the United Kingdom or Estonia.

Can you help in French?

Yes. We serve clients in English and French.

Can you tell me which notarial certificate I need?

A notary cannot choose the type of notarization for you; that is a legal decision. If the document or institution specifies it, we follow it exactly. If not, ask whoever prepared the document.

Will my document be accepted?

It depends on the institution receiving it. Many accept remote online notarization, some still require wet ink. Tell us who receives the document and we check before the session.

Why is this more than an apostille courier?

A courier carries paper. We check the document before it goes, make sure it is signed and notarized properly, submit and collect it, and get it to the destination on time. You pay for reliability, not only the certificate.

Can I book a half day?

Yes, on request, depending on availability that week. Tell us what needs to be done and we confirm whether a half day is enough.

Do you prepare corporate documents?

No. Your attorney, accountant or formation provider prepares them. We execute, notarize and coordinate the U.S. side.

Which countries can you ship to?

Anywhere DHL Express, FedEx or USPS deliver. Delivery times depend on the destination and customs.

Can you sign for me?

No. Only the signer can sign. We organize the signature, in person or remotely when permitted, and handle everything around it.

Which IDs are accepted?

Form 1583 requires two forms of identification, one with a photo. Your provider may add its own rules. We check both before the session so it is not rejected.

Is this a fixed package?

Not yet. Every founder starts from a different point, so we quote the pieces you actually need. Ready-made packages will come later.

Do you give legal or tax advice on my structure?

No. Your attorney or accountant advises on structure and tax. We coordinate the filing and execute the documents within that decision.

What if one week is quiet?

Plans are scoped on your typical volume and reviewed together, so you are not paying for capacity you never use.

Is it really free?

Do you explain the terms of my loan?

No. Only your lender, servicer or attorney can explain the loan terms. We make sure each document is signed, dated and notarized the way the package requires, and we tell you who to call if you have a question about the terms.
